The Geneva Declaration Secretariat organizes conferences and seminars at international and regional levels to advance armed violence prevention and reduction, as well as cultural and public events.

The Geneva Declaration calls for periodical reviews on the progress in achieving measurable reductions in the levels of armed violence worldwide.

In order to reflect diverse regional and sub-regional perspectives on armed violence and development, regional events were conducted in different parts of the world.

Expert Meetings provide a platform to share knowledge on particular issues and train specific tools in order to better prevent and reduce armed violence.
