The Outcome Document

A draft Outcome Document was prepared in view of the 2nd Ministerial Review Conference. To this end, meetings for consultation with signatory states—and in particular Core Group member states—took place in Geneva from early July until October 2011 in order to help develop consensus on the contents of the Outcome Document of the Conference.

The Outcome Document was adopted on 31 October 2011 by the Ministers and representatives of the 96 countries that attended the 2nd Ministerial Review Conference.
